Inspired by comments from Afterlifefromabove: "Particles" is a generic term used in a wide variety of context. It "symbolizes" a unique set of properties associated with a particular volume of information being investigated. For instance, "a particle of dust is in my eye", "particles of light display bullet-like properties", "these sub-atomic particles display both left and right spin". So when I was talking about "entangled particles" in my blog, it represents a unique set of properties in a particular environment. From my understanding, the particles can not be detected directly; they are detected by the absence of normal element behavior.
A gun shoots a bullet at a target. The gun is locked in a vise. The rounds are matched. The path from the gun to the target is enclosed to prevent outside influence. The air in the chamber is carefully controlled. All the conditions are attempted to be made identical for each firing of the gun. The gun is aligned until a bullet hits exactly in the center. .... The next bullet should hit in the same place, but it won't. Every bullet fired will hit in a slightly different place. But this creates a pattern. For a particular manufacturer of bullets, the pattern will be slightly different. By looking at the distribution of the pattern, you could take a handful of bullets and determine who manufactured them. The distance and direction the subsequent bullets hit the target, different than what is the average perfect center; the absence of precision. This becomes a particle of knowledge to which a name can be assigned; perhaps "Acme Trajectory".

In metaphysics and witchcraft, a spell is a particle. A set of conditions and relationships where an expected outcome exists some of the time. Like the bullet out of the gun, it misses hitting in the exact same way each time. But the spell is still useful, the particle of information continues to be added to and refined to develop more predictable relationships.
If a spell gets a desired result one out of a hundred times, it is still a useful spell. You just need to do it a hundred times to get the desired result. Versus not having the spell and getting the result naturally ten times less often. Just because there seems to be a weak relationship, doesn't mean it's worthless. On the contrary, it provides a starting point for improving the process; at least now you know it's possible.
In entangled particles, they use a machine to create two particles of light that arrive at targets. You are familiar with the concept that nothing travels faster than the speed of light. Apparently this is not true. What happens is that the entangled particles are created in the machine at the same time and sent on their journey. However, at the target of one particle they cause an interference with the property of the light, the light particle at the other target responds exactly the same and at the same time; faster than the speed of light could account for. This experiment has been performed up to seven miles apart.
The conditions of the experiment are much more complicated than above. Currently, even simple Morse Code can not be transmitted using the experimental setup. But based upon known classical physics, quantum physics, and nuclear physics, the relationship reasonably proves that conditions may exist which occur instantaneously. Instantaneous, as in a person infinitely far from another person, senses the phenomena at the same time.
But from what I've read, scientists are still no where near making anything practical with entangled pair technologies.

What does that provide for us? We now know with reasonable certainty that astral projection is more plausible in the science community. Previously, it was believed that light took a certain period of time to travel a great expanse, and persons doing astral projection to other star systems was impossible, now it is plausible.
If our minds, the many trillions of atoms that make up our brains (about 10^27 atoms), are able to subconsciously interact in a "field" of entangled pairs, then potentially, all of the Universe becomes a place where our minds can touch; including every other person on the planet Earth.

So in this case, the "particles" involved can not be seen or sensed directly in physical terms. We see the results of the apparent effects of that system of energy interactions (particle).

Not only do organs and cells have electromagnetic fields, EVERY atom has electromagnetic fields (EM fields). When they move together, they collectively have greater influence.
As any charged particle moves in relation to one another, it produces an EM field. This is not limited by distance, but the range of dominant influence drops off quickly. Sort of like sound.
The people around you can hear you, but start walking away and it gets harder to hear you quickly. However, the vibrations imparted by the roar of a dinosaur millions of years ago still have an effect upon our lives today. The energy is conserved and is captured in thousands of different ways. Sorting it all out to hear the original version would be quite difficult, but it's influence is still present. Remember always, your body is largely composed of our own Sun.
So yes, all the EM fields present within our Universe have an effect upon each and every atom of our body. All of them individually are a concern for different reasons.
- The MRI magnetic fields straining the nuclear structure of every atom in your body.
- But without the MRI you might die of an untreated broken blood vessel.
- The cell phone more strongly affecting your brain.
- But without the cell phone you count far less useful interactions in your life. Spending perhaps 10% of your life preparing for predictable face to face interactions.
- Power surging through our homes.
- Without the internet we would be waiting for letters and magazines.
- We already have had more social interaction in our life than most people had in their entire lifetimes 50 years ago.
We need to continue to try to understand what is good, dangerous, and interesting.
The Sun bombards us with huge amounts of EM Fields everyday. We think of it as normal. But it definitely causes cancer and cataracts. But we need it for Vitamin D and to cleanse our environment with UV radiation.
Our ecology depends upon the EM Fields; I would be interested to know how to map out all the complex relationships.
EM Fields and Nuclear Physics:
The particle cloud formation around atoms is termed "electrons". But this is a conceptual package to attach properties to. The electron is not a physical thing like a ball. The electron is a package of experimentally derived properties that symbolically represent an area of interest. Some of the properties help describe how lightening is created, and how electricity flows within your home. But these information packages are very much incomplete in terms of human knowledge. There are many properties of electrons that scientists are still investigating.
When dealing with modern nuclear physics, it may help to think of physics as "particle physics". Names of particles like electron, neutrino, neutron, proton, lepton, ... are given to particles as you would individual books, and an atom would be a library of books. Scientists reading these books find relationships that may be a part of other books. When they find those relationships, they write new passages in each of the related books. What was thought to be the book called an electron, changes. Continue this further that each property as in a B-field (magnetic component of electromagnetism), strong field (holds neutrons and protons together) are each a book in themselves. So EVERY property in modern physics is a book whose contents relate all the other books to itself, an incomplete book; but, it has a name for us to hold onto to use within our small minds.
This parallels how the human mind traditionally learns and understands. We identify a set of conditions, assign it an importance or a name, and then catalog a response. The problem with this method of learning is that the unknown causes of influence are often very hard to relate to, because they seem initially unrelated.
Another avenue that scientists are pursuing, with a limited degree of success, for explaining the Universe of free flowing interactions, is called "Unified Field Theory". This absorbs all of the particle theories commonly produced by scientists, and attempts to unify them all into a liquid-like set of relationships that is hoped to glean new relationships in a much more natural computational environment.
Currently, scientists attempt to use particle physics as a means to explain Unified Field Theory because they do not have the computational tools needed.
Wrapping it up:
I am far from being learned in terms of "what is reality". We attempt to make sense of the world around us to make best use of our resources. There are no absolute truths! I believe that is the difference between enlightenment and ascension; ascension is enlightenment without contradiction.

Because of our small brains, we may not be able to ascend because our brains can not hold enough information to make all-inclusive relationships that do not contradict with other relationships. In Unified Field Theory, there are no contradictions; everything is explained and nothing is unpredictable.
I would guess God thinks in terms of Unified Field Theory. I had cited that we are composed of our Sun's dust. Perhaps the Universe is God and we are simply a part of God's being.

multiple atoms may have entangled pairs that provide influence over subatomic particles (variance) of a single atom.
by providing parallel control over a system of atoms, various forms of energy can be actively controlled
