Thinking Beyond Words

Love is such a simple thing,
a word of only four letters;
yet love inspires us and makes us sing,
our lives seeking for what matters.
All libraries in the world,
with varied and many definition;
fail to define this simple word,
known commonly by intuition.
If love we understand,
its essence neither easy nor clear;
then that which is primal and labrynthian,
can equally be ellusive and dear.
Perhaps we can never know,
any thought or wish of God;
perhaps we can only feel it so,
all teachings a facade.
For what we know,
.....and feel;
is beyond the words we bestow,
.....and fear.
Our knowledge laying in the midst of feelings,
our understanding laying beyond words.
