Frequent Flyer miles for Early Arrival

Airports should consider giving a few extra frequent flyer miles for showing up early at the airport before flights. Thus using more of the restaurants and shops before a flight.
Shops and restaurants could potentially provide frequent flyer miles for any purchases made at the airport. One mile per dollar spent, and one mile for each minute arriving earlier than one hour of the departing flight to a limit of three hours.
Promoting this could encourage more people to fly because of the extra value perceived by going to the airport early.
