The most critical thing we've done in Afghanistan is to remove Representatives throughout that country that were put in power by assassination and coercion; it will go back to the way it was when we leave.

There are radical extremists, and organized extremist groups, that would create drama even if they had disproportionately greater influence in their government. The "Business" of terrorism provides them with income, a sense of being in-control, and self-respect (this must take a lot of rationalization). But, EVERY Government is corrupt, and as such, people will continue to rise up to fight against the corruption. Iran, Iraq, and in some sense the U.S. is controlled by mafia-like corruption. In Iraq by thugs, in the U.S. by Corporations and old wealth families.

But, NO government in the world represents the people. Congress represents big business and special interest groups that pay for their campaigning. Large corporations pay for Senators. No representatives represent the people.

There needs to be an "Ethics Department" in EVERY government that collects the data associated with the long-term (Seven Generations) needs of the PEOPLE, and then ensure that ALL Representatives act in accordance with ethical foresight.

Each of us can make a difference and contact as many of the world's representatives, especially our own, and ask for formal ethical monitoring of all politicians; both here in the U.S. and every other country as well. Simply do a web search for their contact information.

For those individuals, and groups supporting those individuals, that live to create drama, they must do so within ethical consideration.

This is a PRACTICAL method of eliminating terrorism in every country. The NSA already monitors all of our politicians, they just have no method of acting upon what they find. With ethical power embedded in the political "structure" of a government, terrorist (drama seekers) have no useful result from their activities; their resources are wasted. Instead, they must use ethical methods to promote change to support their special interests (not of general public interest).
